New safety note/ordered rectification (Apr. 2025): Finsterwalder Paralock 3 Finsterwalder has published a further safety note in combination with an ordered rectification to the Paralock 3 paraglider carabiner. Safety measure - retrofitting of the Paralock 3 by Finsterwalder According to the manufacturer`s specifications, all Paralock 3 carabiners must be retrofitted with line guards. Without this retrofit, the carabiners lose their operational approval. The carabiner must therefore not be used until it has been retrofitted. Retrofitting is carried out free of charge by the manufacturer. The shipping address and further information can be found in the safety note. Please note: The safety note of 05.03.2025 regarding the restriction of the operational approval for tandem flights remains in force without restriction even after retrofitting.
