The company Ozone has published a safety notice for its Lite, Lite PPG and Cockpit Front Containers. During production, some of the handles were not sewn correctly. This can lead to the handle tearing off during a rescue deployment. Ozone orders an immediate check by the users before the next flight Here is the link to the safety message on the Ozone website:
