| Based on a report from a DHV member, manufacturer GIN Gliders has expanded this existing safety notice to include all harnesses listed. Due to use and wear, the plastic cotter pin may come loose, making it difficult to deploy the reserve parachute or causing it to jam.GIN Gliders requires owners/users of the affected harnesses to inspect them before their next flight.
